Your organization settings are the source of truth for how your company is represented across Launchboard. The details you enter here appear on exports, compliance reports, and shared surfaces — so keeping them accurate matters. Settings are split into two pages: General for your company profile, and Cap Table for data exchange and on-chain setup.Documentation Index

Contact and address
The Contact section stores your organization’s business email, phone numbers, and website. The Business address section captures your registered office or principal place of business. These details appear on generated documents and compliance exports.Cap table settings
Navigate to Settings → Cap Table to manage calculation rules and data exchange for your cap table.OCF export
Launchboard stores all cap table data in the Open Cap Format (OCF) — an open standard for cap table interoperability. You can download a complete, schema-validated export of your cap table at any time. Click Export OCF in the Data exchange section to download a full OCF data package. This file is suitable for sharing with counsel, auditors, or importing into other OCF-compatible tools.OASIS cap table setup
To tokenize your equity on-chain, Launchboard requires an OASIS Cap Table — a company-level NFT that anchors your on-chain ownership records. You only need to create this once. Click Create OASIS Cap Table in the Cap Table settings. Launchboard will deploy the on-chain company record associated with your organization. Once created, individual share classes and securities can be tokenized from their respective pages in the Cap Table section. The OASIS Cap Table setup requires a connected wallet and sufficient funds to cover the on-chain transaction. If you haven’t connected a wallet yet, you’ll be prompted to do so.
